How do I order?

Call us at 401-383-0281 or email info@chpress.com. Request our order kit and we'll overnight the complete step-by-step order package to you. Everything you'll need to quickly and easily complete your order is included.

What else do I need to do?

The only other thing you need to do is select twelve photographs to use for your calendar. Choose any images you like-campus, athletics, student life, anything that might be appropriate. Follow the step-by-step instructions and return your order with your twelve photographs and deposit. That's it! When we receive your order, we will confirm its receipt by email or letter.

Can you handle special requests?

Absolutely. Although our step-by-step order booklet provides you with choices for color, layout, typeface, borders, and month-by-month details, you may have additional requests. Just let us know. For example, if you plan to use your calendar to assist in a fund raising effort and would like a letter, note or a return envelope included, we can easily provide that for you. If you would like a special mailing envelope created-or even have us mail drop to your list-we can do that too. Made-to-order means we will do everything possible to make your calendar unique and personal.

How long does it take?

You can expect your pre-press proof in about four weeks after your order is placed. Allow six to eight weeks for delivery of your calendar after proof approval, depending on location. Following receipt of your order, you will receive documentation outlining the production/delivery schedule of your calendar as well as confirmation of all details.

How do I pay?

That's easy, too. All that is required to place your order is an authorized signature and a deposit of one-third the amount of your total order. Your second payment is due when you return the final color proofs. The final payment isn't due until 30 days after you receive your calendars. Details are clearly outlined in the order booklet.
